New Zealand born pop quartet - made up of Shaan Singh, Matt Beachen, Sam Thomson, and Ben O’Leary - gained a global following for ‘re-working vocal hooks of famous pop songs into saxophone licks’, with a cover of Kimbra’s Goldmine going viral online.

The band went from busking on the streets of Wellington, to breaking Lorde's record for the fastest selling club show in Auckland’s history, before supporting Camila Cabello on the European leg of her 2018 tour. Having recently signed to Simon Cowell’s SYCO Music, the four piece have celebrated the start of the New Year by teaming up with Starving hitmaker Hailee Steinfeld to re-release smash hit single Woke Up Late. Deemed ‘delicious pop with a prodigal feel’ by Clash Magazine, Drax Project are currently working in the studio and are set to 'push pop music to new heights’ in 2019.
